Guns Up! will gladly accept firearm transfers from other FFL businesses or from individuals.
Cost is $25 with a Texas License To Carry permit or $40 without a Texas LTC.
FFLs will need to send a copy of their federal firearm license with the shipment. Unlicensed individuals transferring a firearm will need to send a copy of their current driver’s license in lieu of an FFL with the shipment.
If you are receiving an FFL transfer, Guns Up! will need a copy of your up-to-date driver’s license with your current residence to complete the ATF 4473 paperwork. We cannot accept paper temporary copies of your driver’s license. If you have a current Texas LTC permit, bring it as well and your transfer cost will only be $25.
If the business or transferee needs a copy of the Guns Up! FFL please email an FFL request to ff*@gu********.com. Guns Up! will not provide a copy of our FFL to individual citizens.

The minimum legal age to purchase a long gun in Texas is 18 years of age; the minimum age to purchase a handgun in Texas is 21 years of age. The same laws apply to the purchase of ammunition.
Guns Up! cannot accept transfers of silencers or NFA items.
